BUT, the vast majority of health professionals are clear about one thing, myocarditis that leads to heart damage and cardiovascular disease is on the rise, especially in younger people.
Young men being at the top of the list.
The American Heart Association had this to say about myocarditis and men under the age of 40:
“Among men under 40, there were an estimated four extra cases of myocarditis associated with the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and 14 extra cases with the first dose of the Moderna vaccine for every 1 million men vaccinated. That risk rose with the second dose for all three vaccines studied and was highest for Moderna’s, which had an additional 97 myocarditis cases per 1 million. For unvaccinated men under 40 with COVID-19, there were 16 additional myocarditis cases per million.”
We can’t continue dividing people into two separate camps: unvaxxed and vaxxed.
Get this into your head and into your heart, myocarditis is happening in both the unvaccinated and vaccinated populations.
We need to come together on this.
It’s a very serious topic and the main reason why people are dropping dead with heart attacks at younger and younger ages – especially young men and boys.
Firstly, let’s get clear on what myocarditis is and what are the symptoms and risks associated with it.
According to the Mayo Clinic, “Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle (myocardium). The inflammation can reduce the heart’s ability to pump blood. Myocarditis can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, and rapid or irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias). Infection with a virus is one cause of myocarditis. Sometimes a drug reaction or general inflammatory condition causes myocarditis. Severe myocarditis weakens the heart so that the rest of the body doesn’t get enough blood. Clots can form in the heart, leading to a stroke or heart attack.
Recovery from myocarditis is possible and often is self-resolving. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, some patients will require treatment and it will not resolve for several months. And, severe cases can lead to scarring, which forces the heart to work harder to pump blood and oxygen.
That means even if the myocarditis resolves on its own, the patient could still be left with permanent heart damage.
“This condition may temporarily or permanently weaken the heart muscle and the heart’s electrical system, which keeps the heart beating normally. An episode of myocarditis may resolve on its own or with treatment, and may result in lasting damage to the heart.”
Lasting damage to the heart is what I want to focus on, and how we can resolve it naturally.
When covid rolled out in 2020, and the shots rolled out after that, I received numerous complaints from clients that were struggling with symptoms of myocarditis.
Below are some of the symptoms:
- Shortness of breath, especially after exercise or when lying down
- Heart palpitations
- Chest pain or pressure
- Swelling in the hands, legs, ankles, and feet
- Sudden loss of consciousness
Western medicine says there is no known cure for myocarditis.
But, I am a firm believer that as long as you are still alive and breathing (and reading this article), you can give your body what it needs to support your heart’s healing process.
So, let’s get started.
The first thing we need to do is STOP the internal damage.
Where is that damage coming from?
The spike proteins associated with both natural infection from Covid-19, and the shots for the virus, damages cells, creates inflammation, leading to an increased risk of heart disease.
“The spike protein is responsible for the pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2 infection and drives the development of adverse events, injuries, disabilities, and death after vaccination through immunologic and thrombotic mechanisms. The long-lasting spike protein has been found in the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, ovaries, testicles, and other vital organs at autopsy in cases of death after vaccination. In the case of vaccine-induced thrombotic injury, the spike protein has been found within the blood clot itself.”
It’s imperative to clear the spike protein from the body.
Cardiologist, Dr. Peter McCullough offers the protocol below to detox from spike proteins, and to continue it for 3-12 months:
- Nattokinase: 2000 fibrin units (100 milligrams) orally twice a day without food
- Bromelain: 500 milligrams orally once a day without food
- Curcumin: 500 milligrams orally twice a day (nano, liposomal, or with piperine additive suggested

Beyond detoxing the body from dangerous spike proteins, it’s vital to give your system what it needs to repair the damage.
What you ingest is going to provide your body with the raw materials and nutrition to build new blood cells. This includes eating a healthy (and delicious) anti-inflammatory diet rich in:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Nuts and seeds
- Beans and pulses
- Fish and seafood
- Grass-fed, naturally raised meats and animal-based foods
- Olive oil and other good fats
Simply put, eat wholesome foods and ditch the junk foods, fast foods, and highly processed and denatured foods that are filled with chemicals and other crap that promote inflammation.
I also highly recommend adding herbal remedies into your healing regimen.

Beyond food and herbs, we cannot neglect the BIGGEST healing factor to repairing a damaged heart: give the heart the emotional charge it needs for the body to release oxytocin for healing.
“Researchers show for the first time that the neurohormone oxytocin has a previously unsuspected function in both zebrafish and human cell cultures: it stimulates mature cells in the epicardium of the heart to become stem-like cells, which can replace heart cells lost after damage.”
That’s a huge discovery and should be on the front page of every newspaper, and the lead story on every news broadcast. But, it’s not.

According to modern science oxytocin is associated with trust, sexual arousal, and relationship building. It’s referred to as the “love hormone” or “cuddle chemical.” Oxytocin levels increase when you’re hugging someone.

- Hugs and human touch
Yes, myocarditis is a reality for many people in the world today, especially young men. And, healing a damaged heart is possible.
If you eat well, take care of yourself, and connect back with your heart and other humans on a deeper/emotional level, that ought to slow or STOP our steep rise in cardiovascular disease.
