We consciously broke the rules and thrived!

Those of you that follow my work, already know that I don’t believe in the nonsensical masking rules and medical injection mandates being enforced on the human population.

I believe those rules are harming people of all ages physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But, I digress.

Let me share a personal experience with you.

I participated as a leader in a fun health and wellness retreat in a city that shall remain anonymous.

In attendance, were 34 women of all ages from mid-twenties to mid-seventies.

For 5 days we lived under the same roof, and during that time we broke ALL of the C0vid prevention and safety rules.

Below are some of the rules in case you need a refresher[1] [2]:

  • Minimum of 6 feet of distance between people
  • Wear a mask indoors and outdoors when physical distancing isn’t possible
  • Avoid social gatherings
  • Keep hands clean
  • Get v@ccinated when it’s your turn

Upon arrival at the retreat, we greeted each other and smiled, maskless, of course.

We didn’t fist bump with plastic gloves, or touch elbows from a safe distance. We literally held each other tightly and hugged, heart to heart, for a real joy-filled human connection.

During the week, we sat in classes together in the living room and in the kitchen, to learn about health and wellness, and participated in hands-on cooking classes and fermentation classes. We also breathed all over each other during our free-face dance and exercise sessions.

We literally broke all the C0vid rules, except one. We washed our hands after using the bathroom.

You know… basic common sense.

The vast majority of the women that gathered together, including me, did NOT submit their bodies to the medical injection when it was “our turn.”

A few of us, myself included, had previously been infected with the virus, and have no fear of being re-infected or of transmitting it to anyone else.

Kind of like having the flu… when you are sick you stay home, isolate, rest and heal. After your body heals from the sickness, there is NO chance of spreading it to anyone else.

Again… basic common sense. The body has the tools and immunity needed for an extraordinarily long time – at least according to the experts.

No one that attended the retreat died from c0vid even though we consciously and intentionally broke the rules. On the other hand, we thrived.

As you navigate your life here on earth, I’ll leave you with this quote from the great science-fiction writer, Robert A. Heinlein.

“I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious I break them.”

Break the obnoxious rules.
