• 4 apples, cored
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp. maple sugar (or other sugar)
  • 2-3 tbsp. grass-fed butter

Preheat oven to 350°.  Place apples into a 9×9 baking dish.  Combine walnuts, raisins, honey, cinnamon, cloves, sugar and butter.  Stuff cored apples with walnut, fruit and butter mixture.  Bake apples uncovered 40-45 minutes.
