Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic

  • 2-3 heads of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Thyme or other herbs
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut 1/2 inch off the top of the garlic head.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Top with fresh herbs (optional).
  6. Roast 35-40 minutes or until garlic becomes soft and fragrant
