These books are easy to read and provide practical guidance. I ordered the books after watching Andrea in many episodes of “Fed Up” and find that the books complement the instruction she provides on the show. I like that she addresses things that might seem elementary to some folks, but for someone like me with very little cooking experience the elementary stuff is critical. I’m on the path to eating more nutritiously and want to thank Andrea for guiding me.
