- 1 bunch cilantro, rinsed
- 1 bunch parsley, rinsed
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
- 2/3 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp. organic white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse until creamy or until you reach the desired consistency you like. Smear it on a crusty piece of sourdough bread and enjoy!
