- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 & ½ cups water (use more or less water depending on desired consistency of oats)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup fresh berries, rinsed
- 1/3 cup. grass-fed cream or yogurt
- Maple syrup (optional)
Bring oats, water and cinnamon to a boil. Cook 5-6 minutes. Place cooked oats into a bowl and garnish with berries and cream. Drizzle with Maple syrup.
