• 1 cup millet
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 ears fresh corn, kernels removed from the cob
  • 6-7 chives, minced

Bring millet, corn and water to a boil.  Add a pinch of sea salt, cover and simmer on a low flame for 30 -35 minutes. Garnish with chives.
