Lemon Tahini Dressing


  • 4 tbsp. sesame tahini
  • 1½-2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1/3 – ½ cup water

Combine tahini, maple syrup, lemon, shoyu. Add water and whisk or puree in a food processor or blender. If you like a thinner consistency, add more water.
