- 1 large tomato (heirloom or beefsteak)
- Fresh Mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
- Micro basil (can use regular basil)
Slice the tomato into 1/8 or 1/4 inch thick slices. Slice the fresh mozzarella into the same size slices as the tomato. Lay alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with sea salt and garnish with micro basil.
