Nature inspires me.
Even in the harshest and seemingly uninhabitable conditions, she has a way of flourishing.
For example, take a look at this little plant.
It is growing in a tiny crack on a sidewalk that is completely covered in concrete. It’s not growing in what would be considered an ideal environment. And, yet… it is growing.
Just like that little plant, you have the opportunity to grow, too.
If you are a health coach or wellness practitioner and think you cannot flourish due to poor circumstances, it’s time to create new neural pathways that say you can.
Here’s how to start:
- Look at what is possible. That little plant never said, “I cannot grow here.” It just grew.
- It had all the elements it needed: sunshine, water, nutrients, and time. Gather the elements you need and make the time for your growth to happen. That means… put your business plan into your schedule.
- Don’t be afraid to share yourself with the world, no matter how small you think you are. Sure that little plant will probably get trampled. But right now, it is expressing itself creatively and having its glorious day in the sun. It is thriving!
Growth is always possible.
Especially, right now in the health and wellness industry.
The world of healthcare is shifting and creating fertile soil for health coaches and wellness practitioners to plant their seeds and grow.
If you are a health coach or wellness practitioner seeking to create a flourishing business, get my Essential Steps to Success and get growing right now!
If a little plant can do it, so can you.
