Heart Strengthening Tea bumps my Parasite Article

My parasite article, for the past 10 years, has reigned supreme for the amount of people that find it organically (via search on google) and view it on my website.

BUT, for the first time in over a decade, another article has shockingly received way more views than my parasite article.

You may be wondering… “well, what is that article about?”

It’s my Heart Strengthening Hawthorn tea recipe.

It’s a simple blend of herbs that nourishes and heals the heart using Hawthorn Berries as the main ingredient.

According to studies, hawthorn has been used to treat a wide range of heart conditions, including hypertension related to a weak heart, angina, arteriosclerosis, the early stages of congestive heart failure, age-related heart disorders, and arrhythmia.

Hawthorn even improves a heart that has been damaged by heart failure.

“A number of studies conclude that hawthorn significantly improved heart function. Studies suggest that the herb can enhance a person’s ability to exercise following heart failure. Participants in studies have reported that hawthorn significantly improved symptoms of the disease (such as shortness of breath and fatigue). One study found that hawthorn taken for 2 months was as effective as low doses of captopril (a prescription heart medication) in improving symptoms of heart failure.”Mount Sinai Hospital Health Library

That’s a pretty impressive little berry.

But, what’s going on in the world that this herb and my tea recipe is suddenly the most popular on my website?

As fate would have it, a medical research paper from April 2024, showed there has been an increase in heart failure mortality rates. Especially, for people under the age of 45.

“Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, heart attacks were the leading cause of death worldwide but were steadily on the decline. However, the new study—recently published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Medical Virology—shows that heart attack death rates took a sharp upturn and increased for all age groups during the pandemic.

  • Researchers found that although acute myocardial infarction deaths during the pandemic increased across all age groups, the relative rise was most significant for the youngest group, ages 25 to 44.
  • By the second year of the pandemic, the “observed” compared to “predicted” rates of heart attack death had increased by 29.9% for adults ages 25-44, by 19.6% for adults ages 45-64, and by 13.7% for adults age 65 and older.”[2]

Whether that sharp rise in heart failure came from Covid or from the shots for Covid, the data is clear. Heart failure is on the rise and it is killing younger people.
