- 8 ounces of halibut or other white meat fish like cod, scrod, etc.
- 1 red potato, diced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 rutabaga, diced
- 1/2 celeraic root, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 tbsp. herbed sea salt
- 6 cups water
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
