Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Serves: 4-5 servings
  • 4-5 medium sized potatoes, diced
  • 3-4 whole garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces
  3. Put potatoes, whole garlic cloves (peeled) and rosemary into a mixing bowl
  4. Toss with olive oil and seasonings and coat evenly
  5. Put ingredients into a 9x13 roasting pan
  6. Roast 35 minutes and then turn the potatoes
  7. Continue roasting an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
