No matter what happens in this world, there's always going to be crap. There's always going to be something terrible going on in the world, something that's outside of your control, but there is always something that you can care for, and that is you. Welcome to Andrew Beman Speaks Out. This is where you get access to uncensored, holistic and alternative healing wisdom to support your body, mind, and spirit, and help you live a happier and more vibrant life while you're living on planet earth in a perfectly designed human body, and you get it all without any bull crap or nonsense. Let's dive into today's episode.
Hello everyone. I'm so excited to see you here with me. I'm happy that you're in the world. I'm in the world. We're still in the world with all the crazy crap that's going on. We got governments that are warmongers, just wanted to go to war all the time for whatever reason.
We also have lots of hoaxes happening in the world. Pharmaceutical companies that are lacking integrity, they've been lacking integrity for a long time. I think this is just coming to a head. We also have governments that have been bought by corporations, and then of course we have 5G, 6G, 7G, all the Gs, OMG, where we got Gs coming out all over the place that is disrupting cell integrity and probably not making us healthy. So what are we supposed to do with all of this crap that is being thrust upon the human population, the unsuspecting human population, and even the suspecting human population? What are we supposed to do with all of this stuff? It's a lot. It seems like a lot. And my advice to you is to, with all of the stuff that's going on in the world, all the stuff that's driving you crazy and all the stuff that's draining your energy and sucking the life outta you, not making you feel good, and your heart and your mind and your soul, the one thing that you can do is take care of you.
I mean, that should be your full-time job, taking care of your health and wellness mind, body and spirit, all the way from the top of your head down to your tippy toes. When you wake up in the morning, put yourself first. Make sure that your number one focus for the day is ensuring that your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. So I'll give you an example. I wake up in the morning and the first thing that I do is I open my eyes and no matter what's going on, there's a level of gratefulness. Wow, here I am again, one more day on planet Earth, even if they blow the whole thing to smithereens. I still have another day here on earth. And then I get up and I do either morning breathing exercises, like Qigong breathing exercises, or I do a little bit of meridian stretches, or I do a 15 minutes of yoga, and then I will sit down and I'll journal and I'll journal about all the crap that's going on, and this is going on and that's going on, and the politicians are full of crap, crap, crap, crap.
You know what? I get all the stuff out and then I always finish my journal with an entire page of gratefulness. Thank you for this day. Thank you for my life. Thank you for my healthy body. Even if it's I got an acre of pain, I'm still thanking for everything. I get into that mode of gratefulness and then I'll, I'll meditate. I'll do maybe five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, right? I'll do a meditation just so I can get this thing that I'm living in mind, body, and spirit is getting ready to face the day with all of the catapulting crap that is being shot all over the place. So I wouldn't be able to be in the world happily and healthfully if I didn't take care of my physical, emotional, and spiritual needs first, before I begin my day, I want to encourage you to make sure that your day starts with you, first and foremost, above and beyond anybody else.
It starts with you and it starts with your own self-care and putting yourself first and saying, man, I totally love this person. Whoever you are, Joe, Mary, Bob, Jose, it doesn't, whoever you are, right? I totally love this person and I'm going to take care of this person to the best of my ability while I'm still here on the planet for another day. Now, for some of you that may seem like a hard thing to do, and I totally get that because it used to be me. I used to be the person not taking care of me, not putting myself first. That used to be me and waking up and being like slogging through another day of experience here on the planet because life was meaningless and hopeless and there was nothing to look forward to. But if I can encourage you to take care of yourself to the best of your ability while you are still here on the planet in a human body, because there's always going to be crap. No matter what happens in this world, there's always going to be crap. There's always going to be something terrible going on in the world, something that's outside of your control, something that is not within your wheelhouse that you can actually care for. But there is always something that you can care for, and that is you can always wake up and make the conscious choice and the conscious effort to care for yourself to the best of your ability.
I read a great book when I was first getting into the field of health and wellness, and it was called, You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. And I love that book because she had you do a mirror exercise where you look into the mirror and you tell yourself, I love you. And every time that I got up and I looked in the mirror and I was like, I love you, I was like, no way. But now, it's a totally different story because I had to change my own neuropathways and realize that I totally do love me and love my experience here on this planet and what I'm creating in the world. And it's not that I'm waiting for myself to be perfect until I love me. I love me had to happen on the way to realizing that I am perfect exactly as I am, even with a crooked tooth, even with a scar on my nose, right?
Even with a condition at that time, it was like thyroid condition. I was perfect at that point, and I had to get to that understanding in order to realize it. And when I realized it, it was really easy to take care of myself and really easy to love myself and to wake up in the morning and go, yeah, I totally love her. I love her, and I love this experience, and I love being in a human body on planet earth at this time, even with all of the crap that's going on. So I wanna encourage you to start 2023 with your best foot forward, and that is you taking care of yourself to the best of your ability and not beating yourself up and totally loving you on a very deep level. Okay? I'm wishing you a happy, healthy new year. 2023 may be your best year ever. Love yourself, support yourself, take care of yourself. Bye everybody.
