Sauteed Spinach with Garlic

Serves: 3-4 servings
  • 1 tbsp. unfiltered olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. grass-fed butter (optional)
  • 1 large bunch of spinach, washed (about 12 oz)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • Sea salt
  1. Heat a frying pan on high and add olive oil (do NOT let the oil smoke).
  2. Add spinach and a couple of pinches of salt, and cover.
  3. Let the spinch cook until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  4. Add butter and garlic, and another pinch of sea salt.
  5. Toss and cook 1-2 minutes.
  6. Done!
