  • 3-4 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. reishi powder
  • 1 tsp. turkey tail powder
  • 1 tbsp. honey (more if you like it sweeter)
  • ΒΌ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1-2 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz. of your favorite milk (oat, coconut, cashew, almond, cow, goat)
  • 8 oz. of water
  1. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer and gently cook 2-3 minutes.
