Immune Boosting Golden Mushroom Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp. Reishi mushroom mycelium powder
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • ¼ tsp. ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups oat milk (or other milk)
  • 2 tsp. honey
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a small soup pot.
  2. Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper.
  3. Add milk and honey.
  4. Bring to a boil and whisk vigorously.
  5. Makes 2 servings.
