- 1 tsp. coconut oil or ghee
- 1 tsp. Reishi mushroom mycelium powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- ¼ tsp. ginger powder
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon powder
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups oat milk (or other milk)
- 2 tsp. honey
- Heat coconut oil in a small soup pot.
- Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper.
- Add milk and honey.
- Bring to a boil and whisk vigorously.
- Makes 2 servings.
