  • 1 tsp. Reishi mushroom mycelium powder
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • ¼ tsp. ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups oat milk (or other milk)
  • 2 tsp. honey
  1. Combine all ingredients into a small soup pot on a high heat.
  2. Bring to a boil and whisk vigorously.
  3. Makes 2 servings.
