Restorative Herb Balls

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. Siberian Ginseng powder
  • 1 tbsp. Ashwaganda powder
  • 1 tbsp. He Shou Wu (cured) powder
  • 1 tsp. Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp. local honey
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together (except for ¼ cup of the sesame seeds).
  2. Roll into small 1-2 inch balls.
  3. Coat the balls in the remaining ¼ cup sesame seeds.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
  5. Enjoy 1-2 balls per day.
