Black Rice Noodles with Creamy Tahini and Dulse

  • 1 eight oz. package black rice noodles (or other noodles)
  • ΒΌ cup sesame tahini
  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp. tamari or shoyu
  • 2 tbsp. ginger, peeled and minced
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 tsp. dulse flakes
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Drop noodles into water and cook according to instructions on package.
  3. Combine tahini, honey, apple cider vinegar, tamari, ginger, cayenne pepper, and water in a food processor and puree until creamy.
  4. Add more or less water to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Drain cooked noodles and place into a mixing bowl.
  6. Combine tahini dressing with noodles.
  7. Serve garnished with scallions and dulse.
