I was asked a very serious question on my social media feed from a woman that was feeling “conflicted” about getting the medical injection.
I gave her the answer that I give to ALL of the people who connect with me for sound health and wellness advice: to honor their body’s deeper truth.
There is healing wisdom inside each of us that knows what is right for us individually.
If Lydia is feeling conflicted and worried, on an emotional/spiritual level, that is her inner truth telling her NOT to do it, or to look elsewhere to find something that does resonate with her.
There were a few people on that same social thread that encouraged her to disregard what her inner self was saying, and give her power away to someone else, or to just “do it”.
Personally, I do NOT align with the “should” part of that recommendation above. Should elicits shame if you don’t do it.
And, I certainly don’t agree with pressuring anyone to “do it” the way Karen is suggesting in the thread above.
Especially, if it means doing something you are conflicted about or “terrified of” like this woman shared below.
Marci is blessed to be working with a practitioner that supports her without coercing her to take part in a medical procedure she’s obviously NOT comfortable with.
Here is another gal with an intimate understanding of optimizing thyroid health:
I am grateful for all of the people that are speaking up and sharing their thoughts and feelings.
If you find yourself feeling conflicted about the C*vid injection, or any other medical procedure, honor that and set your boundaries.
Only agree to do with your body what resonates deeply within you.
Over 25 years ago, a medical procedure was recommended to me by my doctor that did NOT resonate with me.
I set my boundaries and said, “no” to the radioactive iodine and a lifetime of thyroid medication.
Every day I’m grateful that I followed my innate wisdom.
My body knew best.
If I would have simply disregarded the internal questioning that, “something didn’t feel right,“ my life and my health would have taken a very different turn. I would NOT have my thyroid today and I would have been chained to a lifetime of pharmaceutical drugs.
Just like millions of people around the world will probably be chained to yearly boosters for the medical injection.
The inner knowledge that was rising up to the surface encouraging me to seek alternative solutions, is bubbling up inside of you, too.
I followed my internal compass to discover what was the right direction for me and my health.
I wish that same clarity and confidence to anyone who is feeling the internal calling to go in a different direction than the one that is being presented to the masses.
Here are three easy steps to access your own internal wisdom:
- With full attention, listen with eyes, ears, and mind, wide open to what is being presented to you.
- Take a few moments to breathe and relax your body as much as possible. If you are in a state of fear, you may make a decision that won’t serve you.
- Ask your body (internally), “Is this the right choice for me?”
The answer may not come immediately, but it will come.
It will be the FIRST voice that you hear internally. That first voice is your intuition, your inner knowing, and your body’s innate wisdom. Everything after that first voice is noise.
It could also be a feeling in your gut (gut instincts). You’ll know it when you feel it. It’s undeniable.

With a calm and quiet mind, you will make the best choice for yourself and your body no matter what it is.
