Do you know how to detox the spike protein and other toxins?

The spike proteins associated with both natural infection from Covid-19, and the shots for the virus, damage cells, create inflammation, and lead to an increased risk of heart disease.[1] [2]

Numerous studies, including from the National Institute of Health, have cited serious side-effects after taking multiple covid shots. [3] [4]

“Myocarditis has occurred in people after receiving mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, most often after the second dose. According to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) data, many individuals affected are young adults.”[5]

Unfortunately, the health warnings about the negative effects of taking multiple shots are NOT getting out to the masses.

Instead, mainstream medical, BIG Pharma, and legacy media, as well as many politicians and celebrities, are pushing boosters onto the population.

Researchers in the scientific community do NOT agree that people should continue getting boosters. In fact, many recommend the opposite.

“According to European Medicines Agency recommendations, frequent COVID-19 booster shots could adversely affect the immune response and may not be feasible. The decrease in immunity can be caused by several factors such as N1-methylpseudouridine, the spike protein, lipid nanoparticles, antibody-dependent enhancement, and the original antigenic stimulus. As a safety measure, further booster vaccinations should be discontinued.”[6] 

I agree that “further booster vaccinations should be discontinued.”

I prefer to err on the side of improving natural immunity rather than perpetually boosting (and damaging) the body with dangerous spike proteins and other toxins.

Natural immunity has been scientifically proven, again and again, to be more effective and less dangerous to long-term health and vitality.[7]

Concerned students, clients, and friends, have contacted me asking if, and how, to clear the spike proteins and other toxins from their body.

It’s a tough question and there are no sure answers.

But, I do know this…

The practice of fasting to clear toxins from the body is worth a shot (pun intended here) because it has long been associated with autophagy.

For those of you not familiar with that term, it’s your body’s ability to naturally break down and remove old and damaged cells.

The spike proteins and other toxins circulating in the body actively damage cells, tissues and organs. The more damaged cells circulating in the body, the higher inflammation you’ll experience, and an increased risk of both heart disease and cancer.

Heart disease and cancer have been on the rise since the rollout of the virus and the shots.[8]

Back to fasting, the word autophagy is of Greek origin. “Auto” relates to oneself and “phagy” means to eat or eating. It literally means “eating yourself.”

It’s not as scary as it seems, it’s just your body’s self-cleaning system.

When you refrain from eating food for a period of time, your body transitions into a self-eating phase to clean up dead, dying and damaged cells. This activates the creation of new healthy cells.

Your cells are always dying and being reborn. That’s the natural process of life.

Before you shy away and say, “There is absolutely NO way I’m going to fast from food.” I want to assure you that it is quite easy to fast on a daily basis.

For example, I fast the old-fashioned way.

I stop eating at 7pm (most nights) and don’t eat again until 10am the following morning.

That’s a 15-hour fasting window without having to think about intentionally abstaining from food because I’m sleeping half that time.

I break my fast with a healthy and delicious breakfast: poached eggs, congee (soup), or oatmeal. Here are a wide variety of excellent breakfast choices that have been traditionally eaten.
