- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled and sliced thin
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Dulse flakes
Combine tomato, cucumber and onion in a bowl. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Taste. Adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with dulse flakes.
