  • 6-7 red radishes, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 3-4 scallions, minced
  • 1 & 1/2 – 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Combine radishes, apple and spring onion in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl whisk white wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Drizzle dressing on top and toss a couple of times to evenly coat the salad. Marinate 15-20 minutes. Toss once or twice before serving. Enjoy!
