Crisp Nappa Summer Salad

Spring and summer is fresh salad time!

This crisp, crunchy and simple salad was inspired by my local CSA veggies.

My farmer dropped my first CSA box for the season, and there were a LOT of lettuces!

Inside my box, was Nappa cabbage (as well as 5 other heads of lettuce greens), red radishes, cilantro and jalapeno peppers, so I used them in an easy breezy salad.

It’s simple, refreshing and totally delish!

If you want access to the freshest seasonal ingredients, go to your local market, or join a CSA.

Connecting with your local farmers is the wisest food decision you can make.
