- 2 cups brown rice crispy cereal
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2-3/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup peanuts or other nuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
Put rice crispy cereal into a mixing bowl. On a very low heat cook almond butter and rice syrup until creamy (3-4 minutes). Pour over cereal and coat evenly. Toss in nuts and raisins and mix. Press the mixture into a 9×9 baking pan or casserole dish and cool in the refrigerator. Cut into squares and enjoy!
