• 1 large sweet potato, scrubbed clean
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Preheat oven to 375°. Cut sweet potato into four equal sized pieces. Then cut each quarter into thin strips. Lay strips flat and cut into smaller sized thin strips (fries size). Try to keep the fries around the same size so they cook evenly. Coat with olive oil. Bake 30-40 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and salt while they are still hot.
