Are you worried about the new covid wave?

As news stations, government organizations, and billionaire philanthropists have warned, the latest wave of coronavirus has descended upon the population once again.

The fear is being ramped up, masks are making a comeback, and another round of vaccines are being readied for masses.

But, is all the hype about the latest wave of variants really necessary?

I’ve been getting emails from clients, students, friends and family, who are concerned about how to stay safe.

The first thing is, don’t panic!

With each wave, the virus grows weaker, and your body grows stronger.

Here’s what a CNN news story said, After more than three grueling years, nearly all Americans have some immunity against Covid-19. That means our immune systems – as long as they’re healthy and working as they should – will remember most forms of the coronavirus when it next comes our way. That process takes some time to get going, however. That lag may give the virus enough of a window to get a foothold in our nasal passages or lungs, and we get sick. We may feel crummy for a few days, but then our B cells and T cells get their antibody production up and running. Eventually, they shut the virus down, and we get better.”

That statement is reassuring and true.

Especially, for folks that have acquired natural immunity by getting infected with the virus. Their B cells have memory and know what to do when the virus comes knocking at their nasal passages.

I covered that in my article, Have you already had the virus? Lucky you!

Just like the seasonal flu (that magically disappeared back in 2020), there are certain populations that may need to take extra precautions:

  • Frail elders (that are over 60+)
  • People with co-morbidity factors
  • People that have gotten more than 1 Covid shot, plus boosters

At the onset of Covid in 2020, elders and people with co-morbidity factors were the most vulnerable population.

Now there is an additional vulnerable population; people that have gotten more than 1 shot, plus boosters.

If someone was injected with the vaccine BEFORE getting naturally infected with the virus (when their own immune system could mount a response and then make memory B cells), the body may now have a tougher time fighting any variants.

To gain more insight on why and how this works, watch this interview on the Highwire with virologist, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche.

In short, folks that received multiple shots may NOT have an effective or robust immune response to this wave or any future waves. So, it’s best to catch it early and support the body.

Some early signs and symptoms:

  • Dry cough
  • Headache
  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  • Sore throat
  • Skin rashes
  • Nasal congestion
  • Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
  • Diarrhea

At the first sign of symptoms follow this protocol from the Frontline Critical Care Alliance (FLCCA) that includes:

I would also add that you start drinking Ginger Slurry Tea at the onset, and take it 3-4x daily. It can prevent the condition from descending into your system.

It’s also imperative to support the health of your lungs right now and in the future.

The lungs are the MOST vulnerable organ when it comes to ANY respiratory virus because they have direct access to the outside world.

If you want to learn more about naturally supporting your lungs and immune system to stave off this current wave of respiratory viruses (flu, coronavirus, RSV), join me live where you will learn:

  • Why nourishing the lungs naturally improves immunity.
  • How to prevent and heal respiratory illnesses naturally.
  • Easy healing protocols using food (diet/herbs), exercise, and consciousness.
  • Delicious and simple recipes to minimize the impact of colds, flu, RSV, and coronavirus.

Don’t let any fear-mongering scare you once again into doing something that may not benefit your body in the long run.
