I hear the same thing from clients all the time… “Andrea, I don’t have time to cook! I’m too busy.”

I understand that.

Life is busy, and it seems to be getting busier every day.

BUT, we need to take some time to nourish ourselves with great quality food otherwise we won’t have the energy we need to keep up with our very busy lives.

Or even worse, by not taking the time to nourish your beautiful body right now, it can lead to a weakened body, and poorer health in the future.

Dilemma.

My simple solution: Stir Fry.

It’s one of the fastest ways to get a big dose of culinary medicine into your body in the shortest amount of time spent in the kitchen.

No kidding.

You can make a delicious stir-fry in less than 15 minutes. Here’s the breakdown.

  • Marinate your protein (beef, chicken, shrimp, or tofu) – 10 minutes
  • While your protein is marinating go to work on the other elements.
  • Peel and slice an onion into thin crescents
  • Cut up 4-5 shitake mushrooms
  • Separate a ½ head of broccoli into small florets
  • Seed and thinly slice red pepper
  • Chop ¼ cup cilantro or parsley

Once the ingredients are chopped and your protein has been marinated, it takes less then 5 minutes to throw everything in one hot wok or frying pan and tossing it around.
