Water sauté carrots in a frying pan 1-2 minutes. Add collard greens, cabbage, and a couple of pinches of sea salt. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender and bright. Add garlic and olive oil, toss and cook 1-2 minutes.
Gotta love those greens! Simply sautéed with garlic, olive, sea salt and love.
- 4-5 carrots, chopped
- 1 bunch dark leafy greens (kale, collards, etc.)
- 2 cups water
Place a steamer basket in a pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Add carrots and steam 5-7 minutes. Remove carrots. Repeat with kale. Top with Lemon Tahini Dressing.
