Garlicky Sauteed Vegetables

Water sauté carrots in a frying pan 1-2 minutes. Add collard greens, cabbage, and a couple of pinches of sea salt. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender and bright. Add garlic and olive oil, toss and cook 1-2 minutes.

Sauteed Greens with Garlic

Gotta love those greens! Simply sautéed with garlic, olive, sea salt and love.

Steamed Greens and Carrots with Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • 4-5 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bunch dark leafy greens (kale, collards, etc.)
  • 2 cups water

Place a steamer basket in a pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Add carrots and steam 5-7 minutes. Remove carrots. Repeat with kale. Top with Lemon Tahini Dressing.

Scrambled Egg Omelet

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 leek, sliced thin
  • 2-3 cremini mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 2 leaves of spinach, kale, swiss chard or collard, finely chopped
  • 4 organic eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 ounce. grated raw milk cheddar cheese
