Love the pumpkin pudding recipe. Can this be made dairy free? And if so, what would you substitute for the butter and cow’s milk?

Hi Jamee – Yes, you can totally make the pudding dairy free by using almond milk, oat milk, rice milk, soy milk or water. For the butter in the brittle, I’m not sure what you would substitute. You could try to make it without the butter and I think it would still work. Let me know how it goes.
