Herbed Crunchy Croutons

Herbed Croutons

  • 3-4 slices whole grain bread (or gluten-free bread)
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Dried thyme, oregano, parsley

Preheat oven to 350. Cut bread into 1-2 inch cubes. Drizzle the bread with olive oil, but do not saturate it. Season generously with sea salt, dried thyme, dried oregano and dried parsley. Toss to make sure all pieces are coated. Place bread into a baking pan and bake 10-15 minutes (or longer). Check timing for desired crispness. The longer the bread cooks, the crunchier it gets.
