Delicious Grilled Mexican Corn

  1. Open the husk and pull out most of the corn silk, but leave the husks on the corn
  2. If you can’t find corn in the husk, you can wrap corn cobs individually in aluminum foil
  3. Lay corn cobs on the grill and cook 20-30 minutes (turning once or twice)
  4. Open husk (foil) and slather corn with butter and minced cilantro
  5. Combine sea salt, smoked paprika and chili powder (in equal quantities) and sprinkle lightly on the corn
