• 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup cold pressed walnut oil
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Put all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. You can use this dressing on vegetables, salads, chicken or meat. It’s totally delish!
